PLASTER LIGHT COVES, GILDED ELEMENTS, AND PULLED-IN-PLACE FLUTES
One of the most glamorous highlights of this New York City apartment is the powder room, featuring a cast plaster wall-to-ceiling element gilded in silver leaf alongside a pulled-in-place fluted plaster wall. Throughout the home are other alluring details, such as a silver leaf gilded light cove in the entryway, and vertical striated plaster walls that contrast with the high-gloss Venetian plaster ceiling in the master bedroom. Overhead, a set of elongated cast plaster light coves designed by our founder Jonas Everets basks the space with soft illumination.
